Sometimes life feels heavier than it appears. Many people carry anxiety, sadness, trauma, relational pain, or spiritual questions quietly—functioning well on the outside while feeling overwhelmed inside. If that resonates, you’re not alone. I support individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-worth, grief, family or relationship conflicts, cultural identity stress, and faith-related concerns. With cross-cultural experience, I especially work with 1.5- and 2nd-generation Asian Americans and their parents, providing therapy in English and Korean within a compassionate, culturally informed space.
