Sometimes it's hard to navigate changes, transitions or uspests in your life. The good news is that you can find someone to help walk beside you and make sense of these issues. My passion is working with pre-teens, teens, young adults and adults to help you find your way during difficult times. I come along side to help navigate these difficulties for you, or your child in a safe, friendly, warm, non-judgmental environment. Therapy involves a collaborative approach between myself, my clients and their parents (if indicated).
