I became a mental health professional because I had a period in my late 20s where I found myself in a life transition and existential/ spiritual search. I was fortunate to have connected with some very supportive integrative mental health professionals that weaved mind body elements into their practice. Both the journey of discovery and the modalities used by my mentors inspired me to give back to others in a similar way. As a professional I have found that there is tremendous value in being a catalyst towards personal growth and fostering personal power.
