Life is full of ups and downs and isn't always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest individuals need help working through challenges. I have a successful practice working with individuals, couples and families to achieve their highest potential. Understanding, acquiring and maintaining change is very important. Throughout life's struggles, we tend to lose harmony which in turn creates other obstacles we must overcome. Communication and coping skills are key elements in my sessions. Together we will plan how you can live your best life and reach your highest potential. Addictions, anger, stress, couple/family counseling, and career planning are some of the several areas of work that I specialize in. I approach my work with assessment and therapy that is fully focused on each individual client and his or her unique circumstances.
