Hey, it's really great to meet you, and thanks for checking out this profile. I've been working at this since about 2010 and I've found that one of the best ways to really help people is to just be a person with them. I intend to make sessions relaxed so that you can feel comfortable talking about what's going on. But don't get me wrong, I will definitely challenge you and help analyze what's happening so we can take steps toward growth. I use an eclectic style, primarily built up of cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and problem-solving techniques.
