My area of focus is in helping clients navigate feelings of “in-between,” or when we feel conflicted, lost, or confused about how to move forward in our lives. This might show up as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or general ambivalence. I will collaborate with you to create a safe space where you can process and become comfortable with those feelings of ambivalence and loneliness. At the end of our journey, I hope you will feel empowered and experience the freedom to achieve the changes and goals you have set for yourself.
