Every single person has something with which they struggle. Whether its anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship concerns, or just feelings of being stuck or wanting more. Most of us need a place where we feel safe and secure enough to be able to delve into these parts of ourselves that we find unpalatable, frustrating or downright scary. I am an addiction and psychiatric therapist with a history of working with substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, anxiety/depression and a variety of other "wellness issues.
