Are you experiencing symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, or depression? Are you struggling to navigate unhealthy or abusive relationships? Or maybe it’s difficult for you to establish heathy boundaries and you notice the same problems keep coming up in many of your relationships. EMDR intensive therapy can help get to the root of these issues more quickly than traditional talk therapy. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker who has been helping clients with these issues since completing my Master of Social Work in 2005.
