My approach to providing therapy is collaborative and based on the client's existing strengths. I believe in the client's inherent ability to find his/her own solutions to life's challenges, and see my role as a guide in helping to unearth those solutions. I have a warm and open demeanor, which helps to put clients at ease. My style in practicing therapy is active and vocal. With compassion and respect, I will always offer my perspective on any given problem a client may face.
