Challenges and struggles are a part of life and create opportunities for growth and change. However, while we are experiencing these challenges it is difficult to see the bigger picture and figure out what our direction should be. Individuals that are experiencing challenges and struggles in one or multiple areas of their life deserve support and insight into their struggles from an objective professional. Therapy is one such support, and I view it as a privilege to be that person for others in their most difficult experiences.
