I am a licensed clinical social worker and therapist, and I've worked with a diverse range of people in different life situations. Since starting my practice, I have also begun providing life coaching services to give additional support to people going through the transformative process of healing. Throughout my career, I’ve been involved with community organizations that raise public awareness of mental health. My background includes public speaking, legislative involvement, hospice, private practice, and crisis therapy. I also have certifications in treating eating disorders, EMDR, and trauma.
