Hello, My name is Vanita O'Neal, I help teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, stress, worry, or life transitions that leave you feeling overwhelmed or mentally fatigued. We focus on developing healthier ways to cope—learning practical tools to calm the mind, manage stress, build emotional balance and much more.
