Hello! I am so glad you found my profile! I commend you for taking this step towards healing and gaining a greater sense of self-awareness. A little blurb about me; I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Indiana and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). My clinical experience includes therapeutic interventions for depression, anxiety, stress, communication/conflict, peer relational issues, self-esteem, self-harm, suicidal ideation, trauma, sexuality, emotional regulation and coping skill management.
