Modern psychoanalytic therapy is a dynamic and collaborative process rooted in the belief that our thoughts, behaviors, and emotional patterns are shaped by unconscious influences. Through talk therapy provided in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment, clients can explore and understand how these unconscious thoughts shape their behavior. The goal is to foster a better understanding of who you are and find freedom from limiting or destructive patterns. I am a Certified Modern Psychoanalyst & Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in NJ. In New York, I have achieved the LCSW-R, the highest achievable licensure.
