I work with folks in all kinds of relationships (romantic, friendships, family) as well as individuals who are navigating break-ups or interpersonal challenges. Constantly in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn? Struggling to feel safe in your body? Feeling haunted by your past? I also work with people who have experienced trauma (relational, sexual, societal) and are looking for a safe space to begin or continue exploring these topics.
