My work is rooted in anti-oppression frameworks with the goal of creating a collaborative and empowering therapeutic space. I believe there is no one "right" way to navigate the challenges of life, but I'm passionate about helping people find the way that feels best and most authentic for them. My work focuses on helping people to discover and embody the most authentic, genuine versions of themselves. Most often, the issues I work with are Identity (gender, sexuality, and more), Neurodivergence, Chronic Pain and Illness, Burnout, & Ethical Non-Monogamy. I am a person-centered therapist primarily informed by systemic, anti-oppression frameworks. I utilize a strengths-based perspective and incorporate mindfulness, IFS, CBT, DBT, and some somatic exercises when appropriate.
