There was a time I could not keep performing. Could not keep holding it all. Could not keep shaping myself to fit a world that never felt like home. I know what it is to unravel, to feel everything fall apart, & to walk away from the life you thought you had to build. I left a PhD. I left identities. I left the illusion that healing had to be linear. I followed a deeper call through grief, across oceans, into silence, & back to soul. There I began to remember who I am. I am a queer survivor of childhood SA & complex PTSD. My healing has been deep, sacred, and hard won, and it taught me what it means to truly come home to yourself.
