I am an Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR in consultation therapist to help clients address traumatic problems. I have been a therapist for over twenty years. I see clients with depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, work and family issues, or daily life stressors. I use Telehealth as a convenient tool for clients at home or during office breaks.
