My therapeutic approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, systems-oriented, strengths-based, and client-centered. I believe that individuals inherently possess many of the tools needed to achieve their goals, succeed independently, and resolve personal challenges. However, life can become overwhelming, making it difficult to recognize your strengths or believe in your potential to live a healthy and fulfilling life. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem or difficulty managing significant relationships, We will work with together to understand and resolve the context in which these challenges occur.
