I believe in many approaches concerning therapy and although I specialize in some the importance of motivation and goals for change is paramount to success of the client . I like to see that the client is working on things that are important to them and the integrity of therapy is understood and maintained. To this end periodic check ins are implemented in the treatment plan as our contractual relationship developes.
