It takes a lot of courage, to recognize the need to seek support for yourself, your relationship, or child. The choice to seek therapy can be a difficult one, and finding a therapist with whom you feel safe, secure, and connected can feel overwhelming. This is especially true when the need for therapeutic support often occurs when we are struggling the most emotionally. I believe that creating a supportive and trusting relationship is essential to successful therapy, and I am committed to cultivating this. I believe in creating a partnership with clients to help them find healing, create peace, and work toward future wellbeing.
