All of us experience feelings of being frustrated, overwhelmed, out of control and or struggle with negative thoughts. I am here to join you in searching within to find your felt sense and explore your feelings and experiences from a mind body approach. I join clients with curiosity and openness as we focus on challenges, successes, hopes and desires past and present to identify coping skills and strengths to reach one’s goals and gain better satisfaction. I pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches that will assist us to reflect, process and resolve feelings and experiences and learn new ways of managing and regulating.
