Hi, my name is Dulce Alvarado and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with children and adolescents using different approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trust-Based Relational Intervention, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I have experience working with children and adolescents experiencing challenges associated with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and stress. I work with children and youth involved in the child welfare system and have experienced trauma related to abuse, neglect, and attachment disruptions.
