About
As a First-Generation Vietnamese-American, I always strive to stay informed and provide culturally/competent care, attuning to the way culture, language, background, and systems of oppression/privilege shape and influence the way we view & navigate the world, both in and out of session. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in sociology from UC Santa Barbara and my Master of Social Work from USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work. I have over 10 years of experience in a variety of settings and with diverse clients. I believe that therapy is a collaborative endeavor that requires honest care without judgment, and that I work alongside my clients to support them in navigate life-transitions, to better manage emotional distress, and how improve their relationships.
