I am a TA psychotherapist (transactional analysis) and a clinical psychologist, combining TA with body psychotherapy and IFS (Internal Family Systems). I work with a variety of psychological challenges, 1:1 and in a group setting. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with eating disorders (bulimia nervosa, anorexia nervosa, binge-eating disorder). The individuals I work with often come to therapy having tried many behavioral interventions that brought little change (being more disciplined with their diet, exercising more/less, creating plans etc.).
