Dustin works with individual adults and couples to address a wide range of needs, such as better understanding and managing reactive emotions that lead to negative interaction patterns and conflict. Navigating through grief and loss, work-life, balance, perfectionism, and motivation. Learning parenting skills/strategies, parenting a child on the autism spectrum or with ADHD. Management of adult ADHD symptoms and developing novel coping skills to emerging needs through stage of life changes. My client's goals are to understand why they feel the way they do and to improve communication and intimacy.
