I am passionate about working with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self confidence, anger, and communication and relationship issues. I also enjoy working with those who are facing life challenges and/or existential crises, as well as spiritual issues and the effects they can have on individuals, couples and families. I also have worked with those struggling with addiction, divorce and blended families. As a therapist certified in anxiety treatment, I can help provide coping techniques and management of anxiety which can often lead to improved self confidence and relationships.
