I offer different types of therapeutic avenues to explore, rework, release and address challenges old or new. We decide the timetable and scope of therapy together whether very focused change is desired or more in depth reworking is wanted. Some people also use therapy to maintain positive gains and have a unique place to speak/ find the truth in a safe, trusting environment. The focus is on enhancing and building on strengths to realize potential based on needs. I use brainspotting, polyvagal informed therapy (Unyte/ILS listening system) and IFS(Internal Family Systems) to deeply and often more rapidly release blocked/frozen issues
