About
My journey to becoming a therapist has shown me that meaningful change begins with greater self-understanding. I believe therapy is a collaborative process—one where we work together to identify your goals, build on your strengths, and create lasting change at a pace that feels right for you. Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming or leave you feeling stuck, unsure of the next step forward. In therapy, you don’t have to navigate those moments alone. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain clarity, and develop practical tools to move forward. I have experience working in a variety of settings including home based, jail, residential, school, and foster care base setting. I use a variety of therapy models such as cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational interviewing, strength based, and person centered. My target population is to help preteens, teens and adults.
