Hello! Are you overwhelmed, stressed out, angry, or maybe in a funk and not sure why? You are not alone! I work with teens and young adults in the same boat and am excited to work with you to get yourself back on track and feeling good. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and Certified Case Manager. I have worked in a variety of settings such as wilderness therapy programs, high schools/boarding schools, and rehabilitation/psychiatric hospitals with a focus on the teen population since 2001.
