Dyanne is offering virtual DBT Coaching Groups on Mondays at 6-730pm, through Live Free Counseling & Consulting Services. With over 25 years of dedicated work in emotional wellness, Dyanne empowers adults to create lasting change in how they think, feel, and respond to life. Using proven tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she provides psychoeducational support in both group and individual virtual settings. Her work helps coaching clients build self-awareness, emotional balance, and healthier daily habits. Dyanne offers emotional health coaching and education, not psychotherapy. Dyanne offers support that brings clarity to unresolved emotions shaped by trauma, mental health challenges, unhealthy family systems, and/or difficult life circumstances. My goal is to help you grow, think, and feel better as you step into freedom and become your authentic self.
