I’m particularly passionate about supporting age 16+ neurodiverse, LGBTQ+, religious minority, non-religious and any other people who struggle living in a society that treats them unfairly or doesn't see them for who they are. I have experience working with ADHD-related concerns and support people on the Autism spectrum. I recognize masked Autism and people below the diagnosable level still can have valid struggles related to Autistic traits. Trauma causes common concerns like depression, anxiety, and anger which can improve drastically by working through that trauma. I specialize in using EMDR to support people in working through and healing from trauma.
