During these conversations, I will attend closely to your words and expressions to help illuminate implicit stories you may be living out that support the problems you are hoping to address. Contextualizing these stories within your personal history, relationships, and larger social and political dynamics helps them feel less absolute and more optional. Stepping back from these narratives allows for a reclaiming of values, relationships and ways of being that more fully express who we wish to be.
