I am a relational queer-focused therapist who works with kids, teens, adults, and couples with complex trauma related to identity and relationship abuse. Complex trauma presents itself in forms of dissociation, suicidal ideation, self-harm, anxiety, depression, feelings of low self-worth/esteem, or issues activated by life transitions and interpersonal relationships. It can feel isolating to navigate the hard parts of life without feeling seen. Hearing your story while facilitating a space for you to be valued and challenged to live into your values is my goal.
