My focus within my clinical work is with individuals ages 13+ experiencing issues related to trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, family or relationship issues, and major life transitions. I am knowledgeable about how trauma impacts our overall well-being and functioning, and am passionate about helping those who have experienced trauma or other significant life events. I truly believe that therapy is collaborative, and therefore work side by side with clients to identify the best approach and move forward towards healing.
