Finding a new therapist can be a difficult task -- I offer a free consultation to help with the choosing process. In my practice, I respect that people are naturally resilient, even in the face of adversity and world-changing events. However, maybe you need help working through feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, or other unpleasant moods. Perhaps you’re negotiating a transition into or out of a relationship, job, or life phase. You may even be in the process making meaning of events or are exploring nuanced identity possibilities.
