I’ve found my passion when working with adolescents and adults suffering to navigate life’s challenges. I have spent the last couple of years living and working in Colorado, falling in love with the state after moving here for graduate school. I take an individualized approach to therapy, incorporating a number of different approaches to create a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore life’s emotions, struggles, and success. Together we will build and implement different healthy coping skills to help you grow towards the happiness and fulfillment we all deserve.
