I strive to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where my clients can explore what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to shift in order to live with more clarity, confidence, and connection. I’m passionate about supporting people across the full spectrum of substance use—from those just starting to question their relationship with substances to those in long-term recovery. I also enjoy working with loved ones impacted by addiction, offering education, support, and space to process their own experience.
