I believe there are many valid reasons to seek out counseling. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, I hope to serve as a guide on your path toward growth and healing. My counseling style is eclectic and individualized. I believe that no two people are the same, and therapy should reflect that. At the core of my philosophy is the idea that meaningful change comes from learning to focus our energy on what we can control, while gradually building acceptance around the parts of life we cannot. This balance often allows clients to feel more grounded, empowered, and compassionate toward themselves. My areas of specialty include LGBTQ+ issues (including HRT-related concerns), anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I am experienced in and comfortable working with multicultural and diverse populations, and I strive to create a space that feels affirming, respectful, and safe.
