I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who offers empathy and supportive listening in a safe environment . I have experience in working with children, adolescents and adults who has experienced trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and addictions. Included, but not limited to, stress management, depression, anger management, cultural-related issues, life and jobs skills development; behavioral planning, structural learning, crisis intervention, sexual perpetration and victimization, and some case management services. My approach to counseling is eclectic: one size does not fit all. Each person is unique and my treatment approach is tailored to your individual need.
