My focused demographics are queer and neurodivergent folks- kids and families or adults, but I welcome anyone seeking support! I provide both mental health counseling or therapy, as well as collaborative parent coaching. Therapy goals often include navigating grief, trauma, self-doubt, and interpersonal conflict in the most values-aligned way, while parent coaching goals include developing supportive parenting skills to increase family cohesion. My clients seek support in finding the tools to help them cope with life in a way that uplifts their own individual personhood and life experiences. I offer liberation-oriented therapy and collaborative parent coaching from a humanist lens. As a queer, neurodivergent person myself, I utilize a genuine relationship full of connection and lived experiences to facilitate therapeutic and coaching support.
