My ideal client is someone who's ready to take steps toward feeling better, even if they're not sure where to start. They may be dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck in old patterns. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with other approaches that fit their unique needs. In a safe, supportive space, we'll explore what's holding them back, build practical tools for coping, and uncover their strengths so they can move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
