If you’re struggling with emotional disconnection, people-pleasing, boundary-setting, or navigating a breakup, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel truly heard, and begin to understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore relational patterns, strengthen self-trust, and help you build healthier, more fulfilling connections, with others and with yourself. I work with individuals, teens, and couples to explore patterns, process emotions, and build stronger relationships.
