I am accepting individuals for therapy and coaching! I am a licensed therapist committed to helping clients learn how to rebuild and sustain a healthier lifestyle. My work focuses on Attachment Theory Therapy, Trauma focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their personal goals. I have extensive experience working with a variety of mental health conditions, such as Depression, Anxiety and PTSD in age groups from 12-70 years old. I also offer non-clinical coaching for college aged women who are appropriate for my coaching sessions.
