I help adolescents, adults and those in between navigate the challenges that life sometimes provides. Whether you're dealing with challenges with friends/family, managing anxiety, depression or any other of life's ups and downs, I'm here to help. Together we can identify what hasn't been working and find what works best for you to get through. We'll use a person-centered approach addressing the needs of you as a whole while incorporating mindfulness to help you gain a better sense of self and learn the necessary skills to navigate and better manage.
