Mental health is the most intimate non-physical relationship a person can have with another. I provide a safe, compassionate, culturally responsive, and collaborative environment. Additionally, sessions are realistic, non-judgmental yet; a direct environment for you to heal and feel good with your decisions. My clinical style of psychotherapy includes psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, and motivational interviewing. I believe that therapy is a guide to introduce you to yourself, by raising awareness and helping you have insight into understanding your inner conflicts, such as who are you really? Who would you like to become?
