In addition to providing clinical supervision and guiding other counselors, I have chosen to return to direct client care because I value the personal connection and healing that happens in therapy. I am trained in EMDR therapy and I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are seeking relief from trauma, anxiety, or overwhelming stress. My approach is trauma-informed, supportive, and practical. I strive to create a safe space where you feel understood and equipped with tools to move forward. EMDR is an evidence-based method that helps clients process difficult experiences in a way that talk therapy alone sometimes cannot.
