My clinical expertise ranges from treating millennial and older adult populations struggling with general mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and a range of general life stressors including work-life balance, boundary setting, interpersonal relationship stressors, parental demands, navigating the health care system (as a provider and recipient), household stressors, transition and change, social justice issues, college and student related stressors and more. I serve as a guide in the healing process by helping people to feel emotionally regulated enough to navigate their presenting and seasonal problems.
