I am a pre-licensed Master of Social Work (MSW) student at Capella University with over seven years of experience in the mental health field. I bring a deep sense of compassion and respect to my work, especially when supporting individuals who have experienced severe mental illness and trauma. I practice from a trauma-informed, person-centered approach and strive to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel truly heard, understood, and valued.
