I work with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and those having difficulty managing life transitions. I work with individuals who need assistance with creating a work life balance, individuals who are managing unhealthy relationships, people with self-esteem issues, and women who need guidance with addressing life stressors. As a Black women and South Central native, it is my passion to transform lives, promote mental health awareness to people like me, provide culturally responsive treatment, and erase the stigma around mental health.
